Courier Service (Door-to-Door: Next Day – Required to Order Before 12:00 [Max: 5kg])

Usually next working day, depending on your location and if order and payment received before 12:00. Predominantly for deliveries to main city centres. Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed for remote areas.

I. Postage with Tracking: This is the most economical delivery option available and the cost calculation is done, as per your order’s estimated package dimensions and/or weight. Delivery time for this service is normally between 1-5 working days, depending on your location. Local deliveries to main city centers are on average, a three day delivery service. Postal deliveries are counter-to-counter and tracking details with reference links will be provided on dispatch – This will allow you to easily tack your delivery and see its arrival at your local post office, even before a delivery notification is sent to you. Please note there are specific criteria and certain limitations that the postal service has put in place for all parcel deliveries - See table above.

II. Automated Courier Service (Optional): Certain of our selected courier companies are linked directly to our store and provide quotations when applicable, as per your order’s estimated package weight, your delivery destination and the delivery service (lead time) required by you. Deliveries are door-to-door and tracking details will be provided on dispatch.  If you are not satisfied with your automated online courier quotation/s, when ordering; please take look at our other delivery options available or contact us for further assistance.

III. Special Courier Quotations (Optional): When placing your order, if you are not satisfied with one of the delivery options available to you at the ‘check out’ point and require an urgent delivery service via one of our other selected Courier companies, please contact us for further assistance. Please note that all Courier quotations of this nature will be provided on a ‘per order/ per quotation’ (ad hoc) basis only and may be subject to change at any time. This option may require a little more time than one of our other pre-defined delivery options and will be subject to the supply of delivery quotations from additional courier service providers. For prompt dispatch/ delivery, we recommend you select the best available predetermined delivery calculation on order processing.

 

 

Q:  Can I collect my order?

A: Our South African dispatch is out of Cape Town and although we do not normally allow for collections, this may be possible on special request – Please contact us for further details.

 

 

Q: My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

A: Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking details sent to you via email, on dispatch of your order or as per the details on your online user account, under orders/ shipments/ deliveries. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

 

Q:  How do deliveries work if I order from another country/ region?

A: Any order from outside our local jurisdiction will be best calculated, as per the options available on our website. However, any delivery criterion applicable for orders outside our local borders may be subject to change and we will be in contact is there are any required amendments to your purchase order or deliveries. Please note, any additional fees or services required outside the boundaries of our local control will be for the customer’s account only. Therefore, all additional fees, customs, duties etc. are for the customer’s account.
